About the Role Our client is in the hard money lending industry. An integrator is typically a key player who brings together various components of a deal, ensuring smooth coordination between lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders. Their role is to streamline the lending process, making it more efficient and effective. This is a 100% Remote Job Full time $5/hr Key Responsibilities Facilitates Communication – Acts as the bridge between borrowers, private lenders, underwriters, and real estate professionals. Manages Processes – Oversees the entire lending workflow, from loan origination to closing, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Optimizes Deal Flow – Helps structure deals to ensure they meet lender requirements while being attractive to borrowers. Technology & Systems Implementation – May integrate software or CRM tools to automate and track loan applications, payments, and underwriting. Risk Management & Compliance – Ensures that the lending process follows regulatory and legal requirements. Requirements Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with experience in operations or project management. Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering clear and effective interactions. Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting data and generating actionable insights. Attributes: A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset. A reliable team player who can work independently and collaborate effectively. Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through on assignments and initiatives.
