Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Screen and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the executive; act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel; prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion; maintain filing and database systems; support project tracking.
- Provide support to senior management as needed and assist in decision-support activities with research or data.
- Oversee task prioritization and gatekeeping to minimize distractions and optimize executive time.
- Support personal and business-related tasks where applicable and travel with executives as required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 2 years related experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and calendar/travel management tools; tech-savvy and quick to adapt.
- Willingness to travel and be based near the employer as required by the role.
