The Role

As an Xero Integration Specialist/ Xero Developer at Millennium Business Services, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in integrating and optimising Xero, a leading cloud-based accounting software, for our diverse range of clients. Based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, customisation, and ongoing support for our clients' Xero applications. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Xero accounting software for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration process
  • Develop custom integrations and applications to extend the functionality of Xero and meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the use of Xero, helping them to maximise the benefits of the platform
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements, enhance the client experience, and drive the adoption of Xero
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Xero features, updates, and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team
  • Assist with the testing and deployment of new Xero-related products and services

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Xero integration and development, preferably within an accounting, bookkeeping, or consulting firm
  • Strong technical skills in Xero API integration, custom app development, and Xero add-on customisation
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile, and experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and provide top-notch customer service
  • Up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial regulations
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in accounting, information technology, or a related field would be highly advantageous
