About the Role The Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth and market expansion within an assigned territory. This role leads a sales team to meet KPIs, execute acquisition programs, and maintain strong client and partner relationships through effective leadership and strategic planning. Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets and ensure execution excellence. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the area’s market profile. Set clear objectives aligned with overall company sales goals. Guide and coach team members through performance reviews and growth plans. Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform tactical programs. Conduct field visits and spot-checks to ensure compliance and quality. Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide timely reports and insights to support business decisions. Must haves Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, or any related field. Proven leadership experience in sales management, preferably in regional or multi-area roles. Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders. Strategic and analytical mindset — able to develop data-driven sales plans and respond to market trends.
