Regional Sales Manager

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Identify and onboard new retail and distribution partners within the beauty and wellness space.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through strategic relationship management and sales performance support.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams, beauty advisors, or field reps (if applicable).
- Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports on regional performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to ensure alignment on promotions, merchandising, and brand education.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand representation standards are met across all retail locations.
- Coordinate in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing accounts within a regional territory.
- Strong understanding of the beauty retail landscape
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
