Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.

2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach sales teams to meet sales goals and improve performance.

3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retail partners and distributors.

4. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

5. Sales Performance: Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

6. Budgeting: Manage regional sales budgets, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.

7. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and sales teams.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
