Responsibilities
  • Execute the sales strategy and targets by managing and integrating all territories within an assigned region.
  • Provide continuous training, development, and motivation of the sales team toward agreed objectives and prescribed targets within an allocated budget.
  • Expand the Pilmico footprint in the livestock industry.
Qualifications

Education:

  • At least a graduate of any 4-year business-related course. A degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science is an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an RSM capacity or 4 years of sales experience in any industry.
