We're Hiring: Regional Sales Manager - Construction Services (South Luzon, North Luzon, Central Luzon ) Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for the construction industry? We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth across South Luzon, North Luzon, and Central Luzon

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales operations in South Luzon, North Luzon, and Central Luzon regions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and fostering client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales professionals.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction market in the Philippines.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to travel across regions and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must have at least 1 year sales experience in real estate or construction industry
