JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a college graduate with a degree in Business, Legal Studies, Architecture, or Engineering. Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Must be highly organized, capable of managing various tasks and responsibilities efficiently. This includes setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a structured workflow. Should be adept at handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality or performance. Strong persuasive abilities are required to effectively communicate ideas and convince stakeholders or team members to support your initiatives. A cheerful and optimistic demeanor is essential for maintaining a productive and pleasant work environment. Willing to be assigned at Ortigas Pasig JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitates all incoming and outgoing inquiries of the dept. Completing all docs for check prep of accounting re the new store expense and payment monitoring. Flight bookings for Group Managers, Restaurant Managers, Asst Restaurant Managers, Management Trainees and Support Group only. All documents for signature of the President, Managing Directors and Group Managers Processing of Secretary’s Certificate and Board Resolution. Coordinating the application/ disconnection of Meralco and PLDT. Monitoring of new projects/construction concerns. Preparing and processing of franchise requirements. Filing of all business development documents. Preparing and coordinating store permit requirements. Monitoring and encoding of new store expense. Updating business development data base and store portfolio. Processing of Mall Construction Refund Sending Letter of Intent for new stores. Sending notices of new stores/ closure to all dept.
