Responsibilities- Promote and sell the full range of Floor Crete USA Inc.'s services and products to commercial, industrial, and residential customers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, setting realistic but ambitious sales forecasts aligned with company profit goals.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry events.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate bid opportunities and determine the most cost-effective and competitive proposals for clients.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they meet client needs and align with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (estimating, operations, project management) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using the company CRM system.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or related field.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and handle stress in demanding circumstances.
- Strong planning and forecasting abilities with experience predicting sales outcomes.
- Knowledge of innovative product selling techniques to achieve targets.
- Flexible, self-adjusting, and able to work in varying situations.
- Outgoing personality with willingness to travel for official business.
- Experience or knowledge in semiconductor and electronics industries is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive may be required.
