Are you a relationship-builder with a consultative mindset and a passion for helping clients scale smartly Join our dynamic sales team as an Inside Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in guiding pre-qualified leads through a thoughtful, client-centered sales process.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced conversations, understands the nuances of service-based selling, and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead Engagement & Consultative Sales

  • Manage inbound, pre-qualified leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover client goals, challenges, and staffing needs—especially in healthcare and wellness.
  • Educate clients on MEDVA's virtual support solutions and service model.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-contract phase.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure client needs are clearly defined and fulfilled.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead discussions around pricing and contract terms to reach win-win agreements.
  • Handle objections with empathy and tailor solutions to each client's operational reality.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with Account Managers and Client Success to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records (e.g., lead status, conversion data, client notes).
  • Share insights with leadership to refine messaging and improve targeting.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in inside sales or consultative client-facing roles.
  • U.S. sales experience is a plus, especially in service-based industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong consultative selling ability and client relationship-building.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple conversations.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar).
  • Bonus: Passion for helping clients grow with remote support solutions.
