What You'll Do:

  • Make 100+ calls daily to US business owners and executives (list provided)
  • Start meaningful conversations to uncover real IT challenges
  • Use proven strategies and scripts developed with senior leadership
  • Follow up with prospects via email and LinkedIn
  • Secure 3+ qualified meetings per week for the senior sales team
  • Keep CRM updated with calls, invites, and follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of sales or cold calling experience (B2B is a must)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable engaging with executives and business owners
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and highly coachable
  • IT knowledge is a plus but not required
