We're Hiring: Logistics and Operations Supervisor (Sports Management – Operations and Logistics)

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the Sports Marketing Point of Contact for teams like TNT Tropang Giga, Ateneo and San Beda Basketball, PLDT High Speed Hitters, and Smart Omega.
  • Coordinate with leagues, teams, athletes, media, and government partners.
  • Manage relationships with third-party agencies and brand sponsors.
  • Plan and execute sports-related events and activations.
  • Oversee logistics, registration, and partner servicing during events.
  • Support marketing campaigns, digital content, and branding consistency.
  • Handle documentation, communication briefs, and internal/external reports.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management, corporate communications, PR, sports marketing, or brand execution
  • Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Filipino)
  • Experience in content writing, social media management, and basic graphic design coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Canva, Trello, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • A proactive team player with a growth mindset and passion for sports
