Ensures that issues and concern from internal and external client is attended immediately both thru email and phone calls. Coordinates closely with Procurement on the purchases of both office and operational supplies including the purchases of spare parts needed in the Repair and Maintenance of equipment. Monitors Expenses, handles preparation of budget and submission of accruals in a weekly and monthly basis. Qualifications Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in operations coordination or similar administrative roles. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
