Business Development Executive – MedSpecialized, Inc.

General Description: The Business Development Executive generates new business through follow-up of sales leads or referrals. Reports to the Business Development Team Lead. Work schedule: 10PM-7AM (Gliding Shift) PHT. Office-based in Cebu City.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathers prospective clients' contact details through research; records in sales CRM.
  • Makes cold calls and follows up with health-care clinics, doctors, owners, and office managers.
  • Answers incoming calls and provides information; follows up on website inquiries and third-party leads to arrange demonstrations.
  • Describes product benefits, offers, and how the software may benefit prospect clients.
  • Sends introductory/follow-up emails, tracks responses, and converts to demonstrations.
  • Enters notes and follow-up dates into CRM; coordinates with sales team to ensure demonstrations.
  • Prepares/updates daily reports.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates welcome (preferably Marketing or Sales).
  • Experience in inbound/outbound calls is a plus; CRM experience (Hubspot) is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills; confident in cold-calling.
  • Good organizational, negotiation, and persuasion skills; MS Office proficiency.
  • Physically fit to work in a BPO setting.

Salary/Benefits (PHP):

  • Monthly salary: 22,000–27,000 PHP
  • New hire bonus: 5,000 PHP
  • Monthly risk allowance: 2,000 PHP
  • Uncapped commissions
