Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives. Manage existing accounts as part of a larger account team or manage named accounts within a geography for a particular product or product set. Develop, implement and administer sales and distribution plans and programmes on a geographical basis for the agency channel. Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY Generally responsible for the acquisition of additional sites for station construction and shall ensure the feasibility of the acquired sites to operate as retail gas stations viable for mix fuel and lubes retail.
STATEMENT OF SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Site Acquisition Processing and Reporting Identify feasible sites for station construction. Acquire feasible sites through essential documents: Transfer of Certificate Title (TCT), Lot Plan, Vicinity Map; for corporate property: SEC Registration, By Laws, Secretary Certificate, and others.
- Prepare and facilitate feasibility studies including traffic count, projected volume, pump prices, projected capital and operating expenditures, payback period and rate of return.
- Process approval of feasibility studies and facilitate processing of lease contracts when authorized by management.
- Coordinate and assist contractor in pre-construction documents: clearances, ECC, Fire Safety Permit, Electrical Permit, Building Permit, and Locational Clearances.
- Process all other permits needed for station operation.
- Responsible for completion of all station equipment and personnel turnover.
- Process turnover of the station to the respective RDM.
- Conduct market and feasibility studies for existing stations to support management targets on sales and profitability.
