Tasks
- Manage the recruitment process end to end dealing with high volumes of recruitment activity
- Develop and drive creative initiatives to build the IQ-EQ brand in the local market

Qualifications
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree; preferred fields: Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related
- 2 to 3+ years in HR/Recruiting with end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for varied corporate roles in high volumes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills; excellent organization and communication
- Experience implementing a recruitment strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR systems knowledge
- English communication skills
