JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process to ensure the organization attracts and secures top talent. This includes sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting both onboarding and offboarding processes. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant flow.
  • Screen résumés and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely updates and professional interactions.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and coordinate offboarding processes and exit documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT for access provisioning and revocation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or Behavioral Science.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in technical industries.
  • Experience hiring for technical and site-based roles such as field engineers, safety officers, rig technicians, or logistics personnel.
  • Familiarity with project-based hiring, contractor management, and remote site deployment.
  • Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., DOLE regulations, HSE protocols).
  • Knowledge of rotational work schedules, site-based hiring, and background checks for high-risk environments.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and job boards.
  • Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets for tracking applicants and generating reports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Setup: 100% onsite (7am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday)
