Job Description
Cosmetix Unlimited Inc. is looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will:
- File positions within organizations as requested by departments.
- Design and update job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
- Implement recruiting systems for the organizations.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms).
- Craft recruiting emails to attract candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Conduct initial interview (via phone, video, and in-person).
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internals.
- Provide shorlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and answer quieries about compensation and benefits.
- Monitor time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
- Handle administration and record keeping of 201 fles, and issuance of uniform and IDs.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Some experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role (internship experience is preferred for fresh graduates).
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
