Job Description

Cosmetix Unlimited Inc. is looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will:

  • File positions within organizations as requested by departments.
  • Design and update job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
  • Implement recruiting systems for the organizations.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms).
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Conduct initial interview (via phone, video, and in-person).
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
  • Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internals.
  • Provide shorlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Send job offer emails and answer quieries about compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
  • Handle administration and record keeping of 201 fles, and issuance of uniform and IDs.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Some experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role (internship experience is preferred for fresh graduates).
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
