Position Summary

The Junior Talent Acquisition will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience. This role will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to meet staffing requirements and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding support.
  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Assist in pre-onboarding processes (document collection, reference checks, scheduling orientations).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Handle other HR or administrative tasks related to talent acquisition as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment (internship or entry-level HR experience accepted).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
