The Junior Talent Acquisition will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience. This role will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to meet staffing requirements and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding support.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
- Assist in pre-onboarding processes (document collection, reference checks, scheduling orientations).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle other HR or administrative tasks related to talent acquisition as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment (internship or entry-level HR experience accepted).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
