What You’ll Do: Deployment Coordination: Support BA deployment by consolidating manpower requirements, coordinating with suppliers and agencies, and ensuring readiness for rollouts. Supplier Sourcing & Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for uniforms, materials, and deployment-related needs to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Dashboard Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring deployment status, supplier performance, and uniform distribution. Provide regular reporting to management Billing & Documentation: Manage supplier and agency billings and ensure timely, accurate processing of related documentation in compliance with internal policies. Uniform Distribution: Oversee timely and accurate distribution of uniforms to Beauty Advisors nationwide. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field At least 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or supply/vendor management (experience in retail, beauty, or FMCG industry preferred). Strong background in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and billing processes. Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards). Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills & willingness to travel occasionally for supplier meetings, field checks, or distribution-related projects.
