This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the company has access to the necessary resources while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor relationships, and real estate industry dynamics. Job Requirements Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field. Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices is an advantage. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Responsibilities Material Procurement: Identify, source, and purchase construction materials, equipment, and supplies required for real estate projects, ensuring timely availability. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance to secure the best terms and pricing. Cost Management: Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize procurement processes, minimize expenses, and maximize profitability. Quality Control: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track stock levels, and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages or overstocking. Budget Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities align with budgetary constraints and financial goals. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to make informed procurement decisions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, invoices, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
