About the Role The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services essential to the company’s operations. This role ensures cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of materials while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best value for theorganization. Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service. Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Logistics, etc.) to identifypurchasing needs. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement documentation. Ensure compliance with local laws, company standards, and ethical procurement practices. Track and analyze key procurement metrics to identify cost‑saving opportunities and processimprovements. Support inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels for continuous operations. Stay updated on market trends, supply chain risks, and new sourcing opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management(preferably in the Philippines). Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle,or similar). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of import/export processes and government procurement regulations is anadvantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
