Work closely with account managers to resolve issues as they arise. Understand each client’s accounts payable process to succeed in this role. Receipting and allocating payments from clients. Raise invoices, credit notes, and adhere to the company’s control process. Provide frequent reporting within the finance team on the status of client accounts. Assist with general ledger reconciliations. Prepare client invoices and ensure they are allocated to the correct GL. Follow up on overdue accounts. What You Need 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level); experience with Oracle Financials Cloud is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude. Self‑motivated and reliable team player with a strong work ethic, able to work independently or within a dynamic team.
