Position: Accounts Receivable Officer

Location: SM Downtown, Cagayan De Oro

Your Role:

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will:

  • Engage and manage client relationships to ensure timely payments in an amicable manner
  • Work closely with account managers to resolve issues
  • Receiving and allocating payments from clients
  • Raise invoices, credit notes and adhering to the company's control process
  • Frequent reporting within the finance team on status of client accounts
  • Assist with general ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare client invoices ensuring invoices are allocated to the correct general ledger
  • Follow up overdue accounts

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Self-motivated and reliable team player with a strong work ethic, able to work independently or within a dynamic team.
