Role Description As a Customs Staff / Customs Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ import and export compliance. You will assist in the preparation, monitoring, and processing of customs documents and liaise with relevant agencies to ensure timely and accurate clearance of shipments. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in customs and logistics within a fast-growing, strategy-driven business consultancy. Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and process customs documentation and permits Coordinate closely with logistics partners, brokers, and government agencies Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance Maintain organized records of all documentation and transaction files Assist clients and internal teams on customs-related requirements Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards Qualifications Preferably a graduate of BS Customs Administration or BS Business Administration At least 1 year experience in customs processing or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Residing near or accessible to the company location Responsible, organized, and eager to learn Knowledge of customs procedures, E2M processes, and documentation is a strong advantage Why Join Us Career growth in a strategic and professional consulting environment Hands‑on learning in compliance, operations, and supply chain processes Team culture built on excellence and continuous improvement How To Apply Send your resume to or message our Page directly.
