Key Responsibilities Execute daily and monthly telemarketing activities to meet sales targets and KPIs. Engage potential customers through outbound calls, provide product information, and build relationships to convert leads into sales. Maintain and update the customer database and track call results accurately. Support the development and implementation of telemarketing scripts and campaigns . Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proper lead handover and follow-up . Analyze call metrics (e.g., number of calls, conversion rate) to identify improvement areas. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal telemarketing policies. Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve products, services, and sales strategies. Qualifications At least 2–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, TeleSales, or Customer Service . Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. Strong communication and persuasion skills ; fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus). Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools . Familiar with Philippine TeleSales or Telemarketing regulations . Fintech or related industry experience is an advantage.
