- At least High School Graduate; College degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in supermarket promotion/merchandising or sales coordination preferred.
- Willing to work as roving and familiar with places in assigned stores.
- Good understanding of store layouts and merchandising standards.
- Familiarity with SAP or CRM tools is a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as required; valid driver’s license where applicable.
