Job Description Sales & Marketing – Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share. Distributor Management Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributors. Conduct business reviews (BR) to align goals and ensure the achievement of sales objectives. Account Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and enhance customer base. Trade Shows and Events Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase product awareness and establish new business partnerships. Market Analysis Conduct thorough market research within the assigned territory to identify industry trends and consumer preferences, supporting strategic decision‑making. Sales Performance Tracking Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in distributor management, preferably within the FMCG industry Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience managing direct or indirect sales forces Proven track record in account development and maintaining strong customer relationships Can drive manual and automatic 4w vehicle and must have a driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr
