Solaire Resort Entertainment City | Full time Date Opened 05/19/2025 State/Province National Capital Region (Manila) Country Philippines Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The VIP Reception Supervisor is responsible for handling VIP Premium and Junkets, overseeing the daily operations of the VIP Front Office team to ensure functional assistance to VIP Premium and Junkets regarding room requirements and efficient administrative functions. This role involves supervising team members, managing guest interactions, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of service quality. The VIP Reception Supervisor also supports the VIP Front Office Manager/VIP Assistant Front Office Manager in compliance with hotel policies and team member training and development. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Team Management - Oversee and supervise the daily tasks of the VIP Front Office team.- Schedule shifts, assign duties, and manage performance of team members. - Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient operations. Guest Services - Greet and interact with VIP Hosts and Junket representatives in a friendly and professional manner.- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly. - Ensure guests have a positive experience and maintain high satisfaction levels. Operational Efficiency - Ensure smooth functioning of check-in, check-out, and room assignment procedures.- Monitor and maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming. - Oversee cashiering functions, including cash handling and accurate reporting. - Process monthly settlement for junket programs or premium accounts. Coordination with Other Departments - Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.- Coordinate special requests and ensure timely communication across departments. - Resolve operational challenges through effective teamwork. Training and Development - Identify training needs and conduct training sessions for VIP Front Office team members.- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about hotel services, policies, and procedures. - Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team. - Ensure accurate billing and financial transactions are completed. Compliance and Standards - Enforce adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and standards.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hotel safety protocols. - Maintain high standards of service quality and operational excellence. Emergency Procedures - Have a thorough understanding of hotel emergency procedures.- Assist in training team members on emergency protocols and ensure preparedness. - Respond to emergency situations and ensure guest and team member safety. Reporting and Documentation - Prepare and submit reports on departmental performance, guest feedback, and issues.- Maintain accurate records of front office activities and transactions. Leadership and Motivation - Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.- Motivate and inspire the VIP Front Office team to achieve high performance. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Requirements EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the Hotel Industry REQUIRED SKILLS Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
