Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Manila. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Tasks will include managing front desk staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
