
Front Office Associate

The Front Office Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in and check-out, and prompt assistance throughout the guest's stay. This role ensures that every guest experience meets company standards for hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle room assignments, payments, and guest inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, promotions, and nearby attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
- Manage phone calls, messages, and correspondence courteously and efficiently.
- Support the Front Office team in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or college level in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- With previous experience in Front Office or Customer Service is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin-speaking is an advantage but not required.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
