Pros and cons of working at Integrated Computer Systems Pros The work environment is welcoming, colleagues are friendly, nice bosses, and the workload is just enough. My work-life balance is amazing, I get to experience different work challenges but at the same time, I have leisure time to enjoy. The majority of the bosses here in ICS are really approachable. The company allows you to practice proactive career choices. We only report 9 hours of working a day, 5 days a week being under a compressed workweek schedule. Cons The pay scale is not up to par with other IT-based professions within the industry. I believe that by engaging in more diverse and complex tasks, I can grow more quickly. Inconsistent work expectations due to people having differing standards. Nothing, except for the distance from home, which is more of a personal issue. The room is spacious, the location is commuter-friendly, and the facilities are relatively old in comparison. #J-18808-Ljbffr
