MeetYourVA is looking for a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic remote team

As a Lead Generation VA, you'll play a key role in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses grow — we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, social media, company databases, etc.)
  • Qualify leads based on target profiles and criteria
  • Manage and update CRM tools with accurate lead information
  • Conduct outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Track metrics and provide regular lead reports
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation VA, Sales VA, or similar role
  • Strong research and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or other CRM tools
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup
