Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns.

- Contribute to the development of HR programs and initiatives.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll and benefits administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in payroll systems, knowledge of compensation and benefits, and excellent written communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours, potential for remote tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, attentive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
