Job Description
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage recruitment processes, oversee payroll functions, and assist with employee communications.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide support in performance management and employee relations.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Payroll, Recruiting, and Computer applications. Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 9-5 schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
