In this strategic and hands‑on leadership role, you’ll partner closely with executive leadership to shape our People strategy, elevate our employer brand, and deliver a best‑in‑class employee experience tailored to the Philippine BPO environment. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations from compliance with DOLE, SSS, Pag‑IBIG, and BIR regulations to implementing scalable systems and policies. What We're Looking For: Strategic yet hands‑on operator - Can partner with leadership on people strategy while rolling up sleeves to build and execute HR processes from the ground up. Philippine labour law expert - Deep knowledge of DOLE regulations, statutory compliance requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR), and BPO sector employment frameworks. Change leadership experience - Proven track record leading organizations through workforce transformation and scaling operations in dynamic environments. Commercially astute culture builder - Balances business outcomes with creating an engaging, high‑performance culture that attracts and retains top talent in the competitive BPO market. Systems and process oriented - Strong background implementing HRIS/payroll systems and using people analytics to drive data‑informed decision‑making. Proactive and resilient communicator - Demonstrates urgency in responses, adapts quickly to changing priorities, takes initiative beyond assigned tasks, and builds trust across all levels.
