The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the recruiting team with administrative tasks, candidate management, and interview coordination in a fast-paced environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining candidate information accurately in the recruiting tracker. Create candidate packets accurately and promptly. Assist the talent acquisition team with online job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling job interviews. Coordinate interview schedules, updates, and developments with candidates regarding their application. Conduct initial interviews.l Verify new documents. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in BSBA (HRDM) or BS/AB Psychology, but all majors are welcome. Amenable to working the graveyard shift (Philippines).l Above-average communication skills. Interest in recruitment and growth in a fast-paced environment. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus.
