We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Regional Office in Manila, identifying and recruiting top talent to help us grow exponentially. Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic growth and success, delivering outstanding candidates for all departments in Manila and contributing to different projects and initiatives at the global level. Responsibilities Global Talent Acquisition (80%) – Manage the end‑to‑end regional recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers for open positions across various business areas in Manila and Vietnam. Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in a competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline across different expertise. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and PH Leadership team, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants. Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings. Strategic Projects (20%) Contribute to the execution of strategic Global HR topics in our regional office in Manila, including onboarding, talent management, training and development, engagement surveys, and global retention initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of in‑house recruitment experience across diverse business areas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proactive, hyper‑organized, effective, and strong desire to learn and grow. Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. Adapts quickly to new tools and changes. Experience with Ashby or similar ATS (or a strong willingness to learn). Recruitment Process HR Introduction call with our Regional HR Executive. Interview with our Global HR Manager. 1 Case Study.
