Outsourceably Global Solutions Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our client's Human Resources department and assist in building the company's talent pool.Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and conducting interviews over the phone. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.Essential Functions and Core Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of recruitment programsReceive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checksResponsible for administration of the candidate process for all open positionsConduct initial screening interviews and virtual phone interviews with prospective applicantsAssist with recommendations to the hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidatesLeverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to, directly and indirectly, source qualified candidatesMaintain spreadsheets for the hiring headcount as well as, all weekly/monthly recruiting reportsEnsure internal and external candidates are interviewed for open positions promptly to meet hiring goalsEnsure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS toolsMaintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruitingResponsible for developing and applying in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each roleTechnology and Work Environment RequirementsProper Internet Connection-you will need a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through )Desktop or Laptop with the following specifications (at least Core i3, 4GB RAM)USB Type Noise Cancelling HeadsetMust be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modemMust have a quiet workspace that is within reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while workingCandidate ProfileAt least +2 yrs working experience in Human Resources, preferably in a customer service environmentCollege degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science/ Human Resource ManagementExperience in interviewing and presenting to large volumes of candidatesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain a positive attitude and professional imageOutsourceably recruiting correspondence will always come from a talent acquisition representative with an official e-mail address.
