Job DescriptionPrimer Group of Companies is seeking a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to revolutionize how we find, attract, and hire top talent. This isn't your traditional TA role. We're looking for a leader who is passionate about leveraging data, AI, and strategic branding to build an elite workforce and scale our hiring operations efficiently. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, lead a small team of recruiters, and act as a strategic partner to our executive team, transforming raw hiring data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Duties and ResponsibilitiesData-Driven Recruiting and AnalyticsEstablish and monitor key TA metrics(e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, quality of hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate) to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Analyze market trends, compensation data, and talent pools to inform and optimize our hiring forecasts and strategies. Present data-backed recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement in our recruitment process. AI-Driven TA Process & TechnologyEvaluate, implement, and manage cutting-edge AI and automation tools (e.g., notebookLM, Gemini, etc) to enhance recruiter efficiency and hiring manager and candidate experience. Drive the adoption of new technologies across the TA team, ensuring best practices are followed. Strategic Talent Acquisition & SourcingDesign and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with our long-term business goals, focusing on crucial, hard-to-fill roles. Develop innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional job boards, leveraging techniques like semantic search, talent mapping, and competitor analysis. Partner with department heads to forecast future needs and build proactive talent pipelines. Employer Branding, Community & NetworkingCollaborate with company brands and SBUs to amplify our employer brand and effectively communicate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all digital channels (LinkedIn, career site, social media). Strategically engage with relevant professional communities and industry groups to build strong talent networks and establish us as an employer of choice. Plan and execute high-impact recruiting events, meetups, and university partnerships. QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Proven experience utilizing recruitment data and analytics platforms to drive strategy and decision-making. Familiarity with modern HR technologies, including AI tools in TA. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—the ability to articulate data insights into clear, strategic narratives.
