Job Overview

As a Sourcing Associate, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to proactively attract top talent for niche roles. You will support HelloFresh's growth by sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates, playing a key role in our hiring efforts.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, Talent Acquisition in Manila, with a dotted line to the Sr. Manager TA in Canada.

Job Description Candidate Sourcing
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates via online platforms, social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates, promoting HelloFresh Canada's employer brand and opportunities.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring sourcing strategies align.
  • Update and collaborate with the team on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and recruitment goals.
Market Research
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Provide market insights to the team and Hiring Managers.
Candidate Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career goals and skills.
  • Communicate HelloFresh Canada's values and opportunities effectively to create a positive candidate experience.
Data Management
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate reports and metrics to evaluate sourcing success and inform improvements.
Additional Support
  • Assist with special projects within the People team.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience with sourcing platforms, CRMs, ATSs, and recruitment software.
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networks.
  • Successful track record in engaging candidates across platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in multicultural, matrix, and shared services environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and deadline-driven.
  • Motivated to contribute to company growth.
