Are you passionate about creating a welcoming experience for new employees? We’re looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team

In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face new hires meet, ensuring they have a smooth and engaging transition into the company. From pre-employment requirements to orientation and beyond, you’ll play a key role in setting our people up for long-term success.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.

  • Prepare pre-employment requirements, contracts, and documentation.

  • Facilitate engaging orientation sessions and introduce company culture.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and managers to ensure all resources are ready.

  • Continuously improve the onboarding experience for better employee engagement and retention.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.

  • Open to Fresh Graduates

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledgeable with MS Office; onboarding tools and HRIS experience is a plus.

  • A people-first mindset with attention to detail.
