De ion We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues. Oversee employee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Southeast Asia region. Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement plans. Facilitate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and career growth. Maintain HR metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Report the China HRBP and provide insight of local business management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Southeast Asia region. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
