About this Role We’re looking for a Senior HR Specialist who can take the lead in managing key HR functions and help strengthen our people operations. This role will be involved in everything from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and policy implementation. You’ll be working closely with managers and team members to ensure a positive workplace and smooth HR processes across the organization. What You’ll Do Handle end-to-end HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Support employees and leaders with HR-related concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Manage employee relations cases and help promote a fair, professional work environment. Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination. Review and update HR policies to make sure they’re aligned with DOLE standards and company goals. Help plan and run employee engagement, training, and development programs. Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management. Guide and support junior HR team members when needed. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a senior or specialist role. Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance. Great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS, payroll tools, etc.). Experience in policy-making, employee engagement, or training is a plus.
