Overview

Area Manager (Operations) - Restaurant - Marikina. As an Operations Manager, you will act as a mini-CEO, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant group. Your role is crucial in aligning with the CEO's vision and mission, promoting company beliefs, and supporting ambitious growth targets. You will work closely with the CEO and the COO and be a vital member of the executive committee, driving the company towards exceeding milestone numbers in performance as the period requires.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Operations Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability across all restaurant locations. Ensure the effective execution of processes and adherence to company standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage financial activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. This includes managing budgets, controlling expenses, and analyzing financial reports to identify areas for financial improvement and strategy adjustment.
  • Staff Management and Training: Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including restaurant managers and kitchen leaders. Create work schedules, manage staff performance, provide ongoing training and development opportunities, and foster a team oriented environment.
  • Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract and retain customers. Utilize market research, manage promotional campaigns, and leverage social media and other online platforms for brand promotion.
  • Reporting & Communication: Maintain a close working relationship with the CEO and executive committee, providing regular reports on operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
