We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project & Design Manager to join our team. A degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred — but prior work experience is not required. Role Summary:

The Project and Design Manager, plans, executes, and finalizes projects within deadlines and budget constraints.

Key Procedures:

Gantt Chart Management

  • Develop and maintain Gantt Charts to visualize project timelines and dependencies.
  • Remind the team and stakeholders of deadlines according to the Gantt chart plan.
  • Shop Design and Drawing
  • Lead the creation of Shop Designs and Drawings for project implementation.

Bill of Materials Preparation

  • Generate comprehensive Bill of Materials based on Shop Drawings and project requirements.

Purchase Request

  • Initiate Purchase Requests for required materials and coordinate with the Purchasing and Inventory (P&l) department.

Design Quality Control

  • Conduct periodic design quality control audits
  • Provide final signature on QC Forms during the Final Quality Control stage.

Warranty and After Sales Monitoring

  • Oversee warranty claims and after-sales services in collaboration with the Sales department.
  • On-Site Design Progress Audit
  • Conduct regular audits of production progress on-site to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement.

Design and Material Coordination

  • Coordinate with Production Manager/project to ensure designs meet standards and project specifications.
  • Verify correctness of designs and ensure alignment with project requirements.
