Job Overview:

We are looking for a
Restaurant Area Manager
to oversee and manage the operations of multiple restaurant branches in
Marikina
. This role is responsible for ensuring that each store consistently delivers excellent customer service, maintains operational efficiency, and achieves sales and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid experience in restaurant operations, team management, and business performance monitoring. You will work closely with store managers to drive consistent implementation of company standards, develop people, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all assigned locations.

Key Accountabilities: Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Operations Management:
    Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability across all restaurant locations. Ensure the effective execution of processes and adherence to company standards.
  2. Financial Oversight:
    Monitor and manage financial activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. This includes managing budgets, controlling expenses, and analyzing financial reports to identify areas for financial improvement and strategy adjustment.
  3. Staff Management and Training:
    Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including restaurant managers and kitchen leaders. Create work schedules, manage staff performance, provide ongoing training and development opportunities, and foster a team oriented environment.
  4. Sales & Marketing:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract and retain customers. Utilize market research, manage promotional campaigns, and leverage social media and other online platforms for brand promotion
  5. Reporting & Communication:
    Maintain a close working relationship with the CEO and executive committee, providing regular reports on operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in computer software, POS systems, and restaurant management tools
