Ensure the effective execution of processes and adherence to company standards. Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage financial activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. This includes managing budgets, controlling expenses, and analyzing financial reports to identify areas for financial improvement and strategy adjustment. Staff Management and Training: Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including restaurant managers and kitchen leaders. Create work schedules, manage staff performance, provide ongoing training and development opportunities, and foster a team oriented environment. Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract and retain customers. Utilize market research, manage promotional campaigns, and leverage social media and other online platforms for brand promotion. Reporting & Communication: Maintain a close working relationship with the CEO and executive committee, providing regular reports on operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of achieving business objectives. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances. Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
