About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and proactive Account-Based Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us open doors with high-value B2B clients through highly personalised, insight-driven outreach. At Personify Marketing, we focus on quality, not quantity. You’ll research ideal client accounts, understand their goals and challenges, and craft outreach that earns genuine engagement with decision-makers. If you’re experienced in B2B outreach, relationship building, and want to play a key role in driving our agency’s growth — we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Account Research & Strategy Identify and research high-value target accounts based on our Ideal Client Profile (ICP). Map out key decision-makers and influencers across each account. Understand each company’s business model, marketing challenges, and priorities. Personalised Outreach & Engagement Create tailored outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools. Personalise every touchpoint to speak directly to each account’s needs. Manage and nurture leads through multiple stages of engagement — from first contact to booked call. Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and content. Track and report performance using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Sales Navigator. Provide data-driven insights to refine targeting and messaging. What We’re Looking For 2+ years in B2B sales, lead generation, or account-based outreach. Experience with Account-Based Selling (ABS) or Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Excellent written English and communication skills. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools. Self-starter mindset — comfortable managing priorities independently and hitting targets. KPIs Qualified meetings booked with ICP accounts. Conversion rate from account engagement → booked calls. Revenue generated from converted accounts. Compensation Base: PHP 40,000/month + Commission (Uncapped) Commission: 5% per appointment booked that converts into a client 10% if you close the client yourself Projected monthly range: PHP 60,000–100,000+ (based on performance) This structure rewards initiative — the more ownership you take, the more you earn.
